• programme reviews
• client-side project management

Engagement Requires:

✔ defined scope
✔ agreed fee structure
✔ reliance limitations
✔ liability caps
✔ dispute resolution clauses
✔ confidentiality terms
✔ intellectual property allocation

Reliance Limitation

Reports are prepared:

• for the named client only
• for stated purpose
• at the date issued
• subject to assumptions
• not for third-party reliance without consent
